Why Hard Times Grow Faith: Learn to Endure Everything while Lacking Nothing

Enduring everything means facing challenges head-on, no matter how tough things get. It's about standing strong when life throws obstacles your way, learning from every experience, and pushing through difficult times. This strength builds resilience, allowing you to handle future struggles with greater ease. Endurance isn't just about surviving; it’s about growing and becoming better through each trial. When you endure, you discover your limits and often find that you’re capable of much more than you thought.

I can't tell you the number of times in my life that I've simply wanted to give up! I've learned most about perseverance and endurances at CrossFit. During Hero workouts especially, our Steadfast family packs the gym to honor fallen soldiers. These workouts are notoriously brutal so we endure together, encouraging each other not to give up. God is working among all of us. The quoted text below is from Joyce Meyer's "Wake Up to the Word."
"When something looks impossible, refuse to give up." "When you persevere, you'll find God has been in control the entire time."

Feeling overwhelmed? Do you feel like you're about to give up? Remember who's truly in charge. God is with you. He has a plan. James 1:12 in the CEV offers comfort. It says God blesses those who don't quit. This happens when their faith is tested. He promises a wonderful life to those who love Him. Let this idea lift you up. Keep going, even when life is hard.

Think about times when you felt lost. Maybe you faced a job loss. Perhaps a relationship ended. These moments can shake our faith. Doubts creep in. We wonder if things will get better. But God uses these trials. He shapes us into stronger people.

Remember, even when you can't feel Him, God is working. He is working with you. He is working in you. He helps us get through tough times. Like an anchor in a storm, He keeps us steady. He guides us toward calmer waters. Trust that His love is always present. It surrounds you, even in the darkest moments. Don't give up. Your glorious life awaits.
