I call this Santini Serenity as Serenity is always my goal. However, Serenity is not always easy.    I find myself at a crossroads in life. I've been with The Ohio State University for almost 30 years but I have to work roughly 8.5 more years before I can retire. My job is currently hybrid where I work at home 3 days and go into the office for 2 days. I keep my office time brief when I do go in. My husband's job might require him to travel more in addition to all of his scout related trips. It's hard to manage a household when you're not home so I've been looking for exclusively remote jobs. Patience is a virtue. I'm naturally impatient which is great for managing projects because the project generally stays on track.
